Centenary of the Congregation of PSK
The congregation celebrated its centenary in 1947, early in the ministry of its sixth minister, Rev. Andrew Stewart.
The programme for the whole week of celebration is shown below: it is interesting to note the sorts of activity which were attractive only 60 or so years ago - the lantern slides have of course long been replaced by modern technology, and whist drives are now, sadly, a rare occurrence. The church was clearly in touch with the technology of the day - provision of radio aid hearing links for the deaf was not common in the 1940s.
